Cinemini | Animanimals: A Magical Cinema Experience for Kids

Children aged 2 to 6 years can experience their very first cinema visit in our inviting screening room. On Sunday mornings, toddlers and preschoolers can enjoy Taartrovers Cinemini, a unique program where they watch films and play in a beautiful landscape filled with light. During Taartrovers Cinemini, we present delightful, captivating, and occasionally challenging short films specifically tailored for young audiences. After the screening, children are invited to engage and play in a light landscape featuring diverse installations that allow them to discover how light can tell stories. They will explore shapes, projection, light, shadows, stories, movement, and color. How do shadows form? Where do images come from? How do shapes grow or shrink, and how do they disappear? For adults, shadows are a mundane phenomenon, but for children, they are like a magician turning adults into tall giants! PROGRAM: Laugh and marvel at all the different animals, celebrating their unique traits. Do you have eight squiggly arms, slick stripes, very short legs, or do you always follow the herd? Celebrate your uniqueness!
