Cinemini | Weather and Wind

Children aged 2 to 6 can experience their very first cinema visit in our cozy film hall. On Sunday mornings, toddlers and preschoolers enjoy Taartrovers Cinemini, a special program where they watch films and get to play in a beautiful light landscape. During Taartrovers Cinemini, we screen delightful, sweet, exciting, abstract, narrative, and sometimes challenging short films specifically designed for toddlers and preschoolers. Afterward, the visitors play together in a light landscape, featuring various installations that allow children to discover how light can create stories. They explore shapes, projection, light, shadow, stories, movement, and color. How do shadows form? Where do images come from, how do shapes get bigger or smaller, and how do they disappear into nothing? And what stories can they see in the shapes? For adults, shadow might seem ordinary, but for children, it could be a wizard turning adults into tall giants. PROGRAM What will the weather be like today? Weather predictions can be tricky. It might rain, blow (very hard), or be so beautiful that you can lay on the beach all day. One thing is certain: there are four seasons in a year – sometimes even in just one day!
