Cinemini: The Mole's Adventure

Children aged 2 to 6 experience their first cinema visit in our cozy screening room. On the morning of October 4th, join us for Taartrovers Cinemini, a unique program where toddlers and preschoolers enjoy films and can play in a beautiful light landscape. We're showcasing delightful, sweet, thrilling, abstract, narrative, and sometimes challenging short films, tailored specifically for young viewers. After the films, attendees can explore together in a light landscape filled with various installations, discovering how light can create stories. They will investigate shape, projection, light, shadow, narrative, movement, and color. How are shadows formed? Where do images come from, how do shapes grow or shrink, and how do they disappear? For adults, shadows are commonplace; for children, they may seem like magic that transforms adults into towering giants. PROGRAM: Through the eyes of The Mole, we observe the world around him. Manually illustrated images and a gentle rhythm lead you into everyday tales where we can recognize ourselves in all the animals.
