ABOUT THIS EVENT
We Are Doing Great captures the charged silence right before a breakup, where time seems to freeze and everything feels possible. This intense and physical duet explores love, fear, and the difficulty of letting go.
The end of most relationships features a suspended moment — a pause fueled by the fear of the inevitable. The door is open, yet neither dares to leave first, knowing there's no turning back. The performance stretches this electrically charged moment, making breath audible, giving weight to silence, and imbuing every movement with meaning. Love and resistance intertwine in a vulnerable dance between holding on and letting go.
The duet unfolds like an inner dialogue filled with doubt and longing. Where did it all go wrong? Can the fire be rekindled? The answers linger as both bodies wait for the other, trapped in mutual fear. The performance embodies a single fragment of time: a moment where tenderness, pain, and resistance coexist. Raw, poetic, and intense.
