The Christmas Rabbit

Join us for a daring performance where the son of Santa Claus faces a unique set of challenges. Unlike his father, he detests hot chocolate, snow, and skiing, and he's even allergic to Christmas trees and reindeer. Instead, he dreams of springtime, bunnies, and colorful eggs, wishing to become the Easter Bunny instead of following in Santa's footsteps. This delightful tale, inspired by Marc-Uwe Kling's picture book, is brought to life with an enormous, magical pop-up set designed by expert Rianne van Duin, making for an enchanting experience for all young spectators. Presented by De Grote Haay, the theatre company led by children’s book author Mark Haayema, this show encourages creativity and imagination, inviting every child to ponder their own unique paths.
